.TROJANS TAKE CHAMP IONSHIP Administer Crushing 2S to 7 Victory Over Idaho Vandals LOS ANGELES. Cal, Nov. 26.- Southern California’s Trojans rode into the Pacific Coast football championship last Saturday by a crushing 2S to victory over the Idaho Vandals. Undefeated and tied only once, the Trojans are challenged only by California with two ties and no defeats. The woefully weak but ponder ously large Idaho Vandals gave the Trojans a bitter battle holding the latter scoreless in the first half n q stopping the California thrusts in the two periods and threatened twice. The steady stream of Trojan reserves gradual ly downed the resistance but Ida ho was still able to drive a touch- down in the closing period.
