  MICHIGAN DEFEATS WISCONSIN, Ia TO 0 MADISON. Wis, October 15.-Wis consin’s latest attempt to win a foot ball game from Michigan failed today as the Wolverines, living up to tradition,, defeated the Badgers IA to O. before crowd of $4,000 spectators. Wisconsin has not won a game from Michigan since 1899 and has not scored “A single point against Coacn Yost’s warriors since 1923. The victory was costly for Michi. gan, as Louis Gilbert, the backfield ace. was injured when Wisconsin tacklers smashed into hir: after he had intercepted forward pass in the closing minute of play.
