  COLORADO COLLEGE DEFEATED, 20–⁠14, BY DENVER UNIVERSITY Denver, Nov. 18.-Dazzling COL orado College with a versatile at tack and taking advantage of the opportunity afforded by Tiger tumble, Denver University beat her way through another barrier IN her path to the conference championship when she defeated Colorado College, 20 to IA. The brilliant overhead offensive or the Colorado Springs aggregation much feared in the Denver camp, proved a powerful but not a decisive piece of strategy for the Tigers. 1t enabled the visitors to cross Denver’s goal line in the Sec ond period of play for the first touchdown of the game but Den yer came back with 5O-yard march down the field across the Tiger line in the first few minutes OF the second half Denver failed to Kick goal however, and the score stood Z to 6. Greiner’s tumble of a punt and Bealls recovery on the 25-yard line gave Denver another chance to strike. She struck, and from then on was never headed in the game. Again in the third period Denver scored what proved TO be the winning touchdown, for a few minutes later Gray grabbed Dem yer tumble and raced 75 yards for Colorado Colleges other tally.
