Georgetown Is Defeated By Te ch Eleuen Atlanta, Ga, November 13. Georgetown university of Washington held Georgia to a 7-to-O score for the first half of their game here today, but in the latter half the Blue and Gray defense crumpled up against the terrific drives of the Yellow Jacket machine, and the game went to Tech, 35 to 6. Georgetowns attack made but little headway against the Tech line as shown by Techs 20 first downs to the visitors four, but in the last period when Coach Alexander had replaced all his guards but four, the Hill Top pers launched a drive of their own that ended with Kenyons skirting left end for a touchdown on a triple criss- cross. Three of Techs touchdowns followed smashing attacks against line and ends that moved the ball irresstibly down the field, another was on a 30yard run by Ferst around right, end, but the most spectacular was that by Captain Flow CTS, who broke through right tackle and dashed so yards through the Blue and Gray players. FIRST QUARTER Receiving the kickoff on the five yard line, Georgia Tech marched down the field on straight football plays, for a touchdown in seven minutes of play Fincher kicked the goal. Long runs by Flowers and Barron were the chief ground gathers. The first period ended without another score, although Tech had advanced the ball the greater length of the field, and had 1t on Georgetown’s 1S-yard line. Score: Geor- pia Tech T GeorpetoWn 0
