Todd Blackledge played quarterback at Penn State (1979–82). He won the 1982 Davey O’Brien Award. He finished sixth in the 1982 Heisman vote. The Kansas City Chiefs took Blackledge in the first round, No. 7 overall in the 1983 NFL Draft.
