Jake Plummer played quarterback at Arizona State (1993–96). He finished third in the 1996 Heisman vote. The Arizona Cardinals took Plummer in round 2, No. 42 overall in the 1997 NFL Draft. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2019.
