Jack Campbell played linebacker at Iowa (2019–22). He won the 2022 Butkus Award and the 2022 William V. Campbell Trophy. He was a consensus All‑American in 2022. The Detroit Lions took Campbell in the first round, No. 18 overall in the 2023 NFL Draft.
