Eric Dickerson

Eric Dickerson played running back at SMU (1979–82). He finished third in the 1982 Heisman vote and was a consensus All‑American in 1982. The Los Angeles Rams took Dickerson in the first round, No. 2 overall in the 1983 NFL Draft. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2020.
